Our Sound baths are run every 2 weeks  but book early to avoid disappointment.  Let the vibration of sound restore your body and bring it back to balance.

Our monthly Sound Bath sessions take place on the last Friday of each month, but be sure to book early—spaces fill up fast! Let the vibrations of sound wash over you, restoring balance to your body and mind. 🎶💆‍♀️

Before diving into the amazing benefits, please check the contraindications below. If any apply, we kindly ask that you consult your GP before attending.

🚨 Please consult your doctor if you:
🔹 Have epilepsy (some forms can be sound-triggered)
🔹 Experience noise-triggered migraines
🔹 Are pregnant (especially in the first 12 weeks)
🔹 Are undergoing cancer treatment
🔹 Have PTSD or a serious mental health condition
