I will teach you – YOU  ARE WHA T  Y O U  E A T ! If you want to retrain your mind to eat healthily & see this as a lifestyle rather than a diet this is the group for you. 

We use:

  • Learning about food groups and adopting a Mediterranean diet.
  • Monitoring our nutrition and weight loss by applying a calorific deficit. 
  • Positive reframing techniques.
  • Guided Meditation and hypnosis to strengthen motivation and facilitate change.
  • Nothing is excluded! moderation is key.
  • Encouragement of becoming active.

The group laugh a lot & are a genuinely friendly bunch of people. Everyone welcome
